Words can be more powerful than u ever imagined, so let's start using them to make each other feel AMAZING!!!
- Compliment others - if u think someone's hair look nice, tell them!
- Don't get sucked into bitching - if u notice ur friends are being negative about someone, log off & switch off!
- Try not to seek approval from online friend - What really matters is how u feel within urself, not how many likes a photo of ur new shoes get.
- Stick together - if it looks like someone is getting a hard time online, support them.
- Speak up - if u or someone is being cyber-bullied, tell somebody. It's so much easier to put an end to than u think. Speak to a teacher, parent, auntie, anyone u trust who can help u take steps to sort the problem out for good.
If u receive nasty comment on facebook & instagram, u just have to remember that the person is hiding behind a keyboard & can't hurt u. Just carry on living ur life-they're just mean!!!!
